Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Erica Ray Language LLC website, including all linked and related sites (“Site”) and courses offered through this Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.
Minors or individuals under 18 years old are not permitted to use this Site.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
Erica Ray Language LLC owns all intellectual property rights to the content and materials on this Site unless otherwise noted.
Users are granted a limited license to view and download materials for personal use only.
Modifying, reproducing, sharing, distributing, or commercializing Site materials is prohibited.
Users must keep materials confidential and not share them with any other individual or entity.
Any breach of these terms terminates your authorization to use the Site.
2. Trademark and Copyright
All programs, courses, and associated names (e.g., Framework to Fluency, Caminos Spanish Story Club, Caminos Conversation Club, Elevate Spanish Accelerator) are trademarks of Erica Ray Language LLC. Unauthorized use of any materials or marks may violate applicable laws.
3. Refund Policy
Erica Ray Language LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Caminos Spanish Story Club and Caminos Conversation Club membership. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after 30 days.
4. Subscription and Membership Cancellation
Memberships, including the Caminos Conversation Club, involve an initial fee and recurring charges as outlined during signup.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
To cancel or modify payments, update your Account Settings or email [email protected].
Access to materials ends upon cancellation of your subscription after the end of your current billing cycle.
We understand that life happens! That’s why we allow you to pause your monthly Caminos Conversation Club membership for up to 2 months per 12-month period (based on your subscription start date) while keeping your locked-in rate.
You may pause once for 2 months, or twice for 1 month each.
Any additional pauses require rejoining at the current rate.
5. Spanish Booster Class Packs – Expiration, Refunds & Rescheduling
Spanish Booster is a flexible class pack add-on available to active Caminos Conversation Club students. It includes private 60-minute tutoring sessions and access to exclusive support resources during the validity period of the selected pack.
Class Pack Expiration
Each class pack must be used within the time period specified at the time of purchase:
1-Class Pack – expires in 2 weeks
5-Class Pack – expires in 8 weeks
10-Class Pack – expires in 16 weeks
Any sessions not used by the expiration date will be forfeited and are not eligible for extensions or rollovers.
Rescheduling Policy
Each class pack includes a limited number of reschedules, which can be used at any time during the validity period of the pack:
1-Class Pack – 1 reschedule allowed
5-Class Pack – up to 2 reschedules
10-Class Pack – up to 4 reschedules
To reschedule, you must notify your tutor at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with fewer than 12 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the session being forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling.
Refund Policy
Due to the reserved tutor time and access to exclusive resources, no refunds will be issued once your first private class has been booked or attended, whichever occurs first.
If no classes have been booked, you may contact support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund, provided your class pack has not expired.
6. Group Program and Respectful Communication
Participation in group programs (e.g., Caminos Conversation Club) may involve sharing your name and likeness with other members.
Group sessions are recorded, and highlights may be shared publicly to showcase progress or testimonials. Avoid sharing anything you do not want made public.
To maintain a positive and productive learning environment, all members are expected to communicate respectfully with teachers and fellow students. This includes:
Actively listening and allowing others to speak without interruptions
Using polite and constructive language when giving feedback or asking questions
Remaining patient with classmates and teachers, especially in moments of technical difficulties or misunderstandings
Avoiding disruptive behavior, including excessive side conversations, dominating discussions, or dismissing others' contributions
While occasional casual discussions are natural, extended discussions on politics, religion, or other sensitive identity topics should be avoided to ensure a comfortable space for all learners. Erica Ray Language LLC reserves the right to redirect discussions as needed.
Disruptive Behavior & Removal Policy
We are committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive learning environment. If a member engages in disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior—such as repeated interruptions, unkind remarks, impatience toward teachers or classmates, or failure to follow participation guidelines—we reserve the right to remove them from the program at any time without a refund.
By participating in our group programs, you agree to uphold these expectations and contribute to a respectful and enriching learning space for everyone.
7. Access Limitations
Access to subscription-based materials is available only while your membership is active. Upon cancellation, access to all materials ceases.
8. Hyperlinks
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Erica Ray Language LLC is not responsible for the content of external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
9. Your Content
Any content you submit to the Site grants Erica Ray Language LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.
Content must be original and not infringe on third-party rights. Erica Ray Language LLC reserves the right to remove any content without notice.
10. No Warranties
The Site and materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the Site should be construed as advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Erica Ray Language LLC, its officers, and employees are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site. This includes indirect, consequential, or special damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Erica Ray Language LLC against all liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of Wyoming.
14. Effective Date and Updates
These Terms are effective as of April 13, 2025, and may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
